General Introduction and Acceptance

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, ck33 reserves the right to suspend or close those accounts and to forfeit any bonuses or winnings held in them.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be true and accurate. Providing false information may result in account closure. ck33 may at any time request additional documents to verify your identity.
Account Management and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. ck33 will never ask for your password by email or chat. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
ck33 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
4.3 Identity Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, ck33 reserves the right to verify your identity. The withdrawal method and the payment details registered on your account must belong to the same person.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.
5.2 Other Promotions
ck33's active promotions include: weekly ck33 reload reward (30%, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15x), ck33 slots festival bonus (50%, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x), weekend cricket blast (40%, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18x), ck33 birthday gift (up to ৳1,500, wagering 10x) and refer a friend ck33 reward (up to ৳2,000, wagering 12x).
5.3 Bonus Terms of Use
Bonuses are not cash. No winnings earned from a bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If ck33 finds evidence of bonus abuse on any account, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any associated winnings.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games on ck33 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased results. The RTP information for each game is displayed on the relevant game page.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck33:
- Placing bets using automated software or bots
- Using multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system
- Attempting to exploit any game vulnerability or technical error

If any of the above violations are detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.
VIP Program and Cashback
ck33's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit calculated as a fixed percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings):
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
For example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. VIP level progression depends on the member's overall activity on the platform. Cashback has no wagering requirement — it is credited directly to the balance.
Responsible Gaming and Limits
ck33 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial hardship. We offer members deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options. Account Suspension and Closure
ck33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

- Providing false or fraudulent information

- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or attempting to hack

Miscellaneous and Final Terms
